Tom Moody

Two World Cup wins, in 1987 and 1999, sit at the centre of Tom Moody's playing career for Australia, alongside Test and One Day International appearances and a captaincy record for Western Australia across first-class and one-day cricket. His playing career also included county stints with Warwickshire and Worcestershire before he moved into coaching, first as Worcestershire's Director of Cricket, then as head coach of the Sri Lanka national team during a period of real growth for that side. A return to Western Australia to coach the Western Warriors came later, alongside senior coaching roles in the Indian Premier League and ongoing work as a cricket commentator and analyst.
