Tracy Bartram worked in sales and marketing while beginning stand-up comedy, later adding breakfast radio, speaking and MC work. Perth's 94.5FM paired her with Fred Botica in 1994 for a three year run, before Melbourne's Fox FM brought her together with Matt Tilley for a breakfast show that led Melbourne FM ratings for more than six years. She later returned to Melbourne radio through ABC 774 and a further breakfast pairing with Tim Smith on Mix FM. As a speaker, her clients have included the Australian Institute of Management, Saab Australia and the Victorian state government, with a forty five minute address built from her own story. She also fronts her own jazz outfit, the Tracy Bartram Band.
