Trad Session with Riley Murphy

This is a traditional Irish session in the proper sense: open to anyone who wants to join the circle and share a tune. Riley Murphy leads on rhythm guitar with fiddle and the uilleann pipes alongside, plus a rotating cast of Perth's best trad players, so there's strong musical leadership without the door being closed to anyone. Reels, jigs and songs fill the room, and the crowd is welcome to listen or join in. They manage and run the sessions at JB O'Reilly's, which has helped build a real trad community in the city.
