Trevor Taylor

Customer retention is a focus of Trevor Taylor's marketing presentations. Adelaide based, with an MBA in Strategic Management from the United Kingdom, Taylor has tutored at TAFE SA and Damelin Business School and lectured at university level, alongside a career as a Senior Marketing Manager in both South Africa and Australia. A former Chairman of the Australian Marketing Institute in South Australia, Taylor launched three loyalty and rewards clubs while working at Adelaide and Golden Horse Casino and later wrote a book on customer retention strategy. Presentation topics include sales strategies, understanding customer behaviour and moving businesses from transactional to relationship marketing.
