Trys Reddick

Mental health is the subject and the reason Trys Reddick speaks about it at all. After years out of work and study, a trip to Australia shifted things, and the recovery that followed eventually brought a permanent move here. Five years in Employment Services led to a career as a Mental Health First Aid trainer, and Trys is now a Principal Master Trainer with seven years in the role and an approval rating of 97 per cent. In 2020, midway through the COVID crisis, Trys launched IPL Radio, a community station built around positive mental health that broadcasts across Australia and into New Zealand, Canada, the UK and the US. Talks suit corporate audiences, high schools, and events focused on wellbeing, resilience and inclusion.
