TYRA is an Australian-Ecuadorean performer who's been working Brisbane venues and events for over a decade. The core of the act is Egyptian-style belly dance, and the props go with it: veil, fan veils, Isis wings for a grand entrance, and a gold vase balance that's become a signature. Fire performance and vocals are both on the table, so you can book dance, singing, or both in one set. Crowd interaction is part of the show, with a light comic touch rather than a hard sell. Away from events she writes, sings and produces her own bilingual music. Holds public liability insurance, first aid and a blue card.
