UB40 Tribute Band

Six pieces, matching the original UB40 line-up, drawn from established Adelaide bands with experience here and overseas. The repertoire sits in the 1980s: Red Red Wine, Kingston Town, One In Ten, Food For Thought, Rat In Mi Kitchen, Cherry Oh Baby, I Got You Babe, Can't Help Falling In Love and plenty more. The band carry endorsements from original UB40 members Robin Campbell and Brian Travers. Members come from Malaysia, the Philippines, England and New Zealand, some have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and South Sea heritage, and others were born and raised in Adelaide, which suits a band whose whole sound came out of that same mix. Bookings range from medium venues through to corporate functions.
