Unplugged Entertainment is a Melbourne group of musicians who have played weddings together long enough to have the timing sorted. Live music runs under the meal, gentle enough that guests can still hear each other talk. Then the first dance gets its own arrangement, worked out properly rather than pulled off a stock list, and that's usually where the rest of the room decides to join in. Good for couples who want players on stage all night, not a playlist.
