Viera Strings is a Sydney string outfit that scales to the occasion. A solo violin can carry a ballroom on its own. A quartet suits a waterfront ceremony. And when a cocktail hour needs lifting, they'll put live strings and saxophone over a DJ set, which is a very different thing to a playlist. Beyond strings the roster reaches into piano, harp, flute, trumpet, trombone and voice, classical or pop, including opera and funeral singers. Weddings, corporate events and private celebrations are the usual bookings.
