Vinewood Rally are a three piece from the outskirts of Western Sydney, playing post grunge grit with the anthemic punch of 2000s alternative rock. Foo Fighters, Silverchair, Violent Soho and Green Day are the reference points, and the sound lands somewhere nostalgic and modern at once. Gritty riffs, driving rhythms, choruses built to be shouted back. The whole thing is deliberately DIY: they write together and Dylan produces and engineers every release in house, which keeps full creative control and keeps the recordings sounding like the live shows rather than something sanded smooth.
