Water Dragons

Trumpet and fretless bass are an unusual pair to build a band around, and that's exactly what Water Dragons did. Two friends who spent a long time recording together in a home studio, now playing it live in Byron Bay with real musicians behind the parts. They've been working weddings and events since 2000, which is long enough to know when a room wants jazz, when it wants funk, and when it wants something Latin to get people up. Private parties, functions and corporate events too. The song choices stay recognisable, so guests are hearing music they know rather than material aimed at other musicians.
