Three decades of coaching and advising leaders sits behind every talk Wayne Goldsmith gives. He works on leadership, change, team building and the awkward realities of a modern workplace, and he'd rather run a session with a room than deliver a lecture at one. Conferences, conventions and in-house training days are the usual settings, and he presents remotely by video link when travel doesn't stack up.
