About this act
Wayne Jones learned the trade in the clubs of northern England, playing rock bands from his teens, before stints in Asia and a move to Canberra, where he's part of the local scene now. The voice covers a lot of ground, which is why the set can wander from folk and blues to the heavier end of rock and still hang together. Most of it lands acoustic, or reworked acoustic, and there's a decent stretch of Irish material if you want it. Old favourites, newer singalongs, and songs he's given his own turn. Background or full tilt, he'll play all night. He brings a portable 500 watt PA, basic lights, and will sort the audio directly with your venue.
