White Alight Stilts is a stilt walker from Western Australia.
White Alight Stilts uses illuminated costumes as tall performers make their way through a crowd, moving from dusk into full evening. Seen from a distance the winding light gives an almost ghostly impression; up close, curious costumed characters pause to interact with onlookers along their route. The act suits illumination-themed and white-themed parties, festive celebrations, corporate functions and festivals, and was first commissioned in 2013 for LUMINOUSnight, a one-night event marking the centenary of the University of Western Australia.
