Willie Nelson wrote Crazy, Hello Walls, Funny How Time Slips Away and Night Life before most people knew his name, then made Red Headed Stranger and became one of country music's biggest sellers on his own terms. This Brisbane show follows that whole arc, from the outlaw records to the standards he borrowed and kept, including Always on My Mind and Georgia on My Mind, alongside On the Road Again, Me and Bobby McGee and Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain. The styles Nelson roamed through get their turn too: western swing, Tex-Mex, jazz, blues, big band and rockabilly.
