Woody!

Wayne "Woody!" Elkin has spent years on Melbourne stages, playing with local bands including Mimic, Moonshifter and WHO AU before stepping out solo. The first original album, One, came out of that: a set of songs drawn from real life events and written plainly, with the emotion left where it landed. Live, the show runs both ways. You get the originals, and you get covers from other artists reworked with a twist of his own rather than played straight. Fun is the part he keeps coming back to as the point of the whole thing. Suits pubs, parties and any room that wants a guitar, a voice and someone who enjoys being there.
