About this act
A six piece Sydney party band built around two singers, Jessica Christie and Tony Trad, who share the front of stage and split the songbook between them. Xparte have spent seven years on the corporate and function circuit across New South Wales, and the venues tell you the scale they work at: the Star City Casino showroom, Big Top at Luna Park, the Evan Theatre, Fox Studios, Sheraton on the Park, the Wentworth Ballroom, the Australian Museum. The set runs from the Beatles and Van Morrison through the Blues Brothers, then out to Pink, Kings of Leon and Katy Perry, with room for Nutbush, Lady Marmalade, Funky Town and Disco Inferno. Clients have included Clipsal Australia, Variety Bash Australia and Sydney Swifts Netball.
