Yacht Rock Revival

Smooth rock from the seventies and early eighties, played by a Melbourne band in full vintage costume. Yacht Rock Revival do Toto, Steely Dan, Michael McDonald, Hall & Oates and the rest of that era, with tight harmonies, a saxophone that gets its own solos and a bass player who keeps it moving. There's tongue-in-cheek humour in the show, but the playing is serious. They've worked Carnival Cruise Lines, played Stones Corner Festival in Queensland to a crowd of more than ten thousand, done Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, Federation Square, Hamilton Island Yacht Week and Airlie Beach, and played shows on the Mornington Peninsula and at Portarlington. They've also shared a stage with members of The Sweet and the Earth, Wind & Fire Experience. Good for a festival, a corporate night or a themed party where people want to sing.
