ZAFIRO

Born in Bogota and now based in Naarm, Zafiro started out producing parties in 2021 and moved to the decks from there. She co-founded the Bellaqueo Collective and has built a real presence across Melbourne, playing small sweaty rooms and larger events like Heavy Congress, where she represented Colombian culture alongside El Gran Mono Pico Sound System. The music sits at the join between electronic and Latin: house, Italo, cumbia, dembow, dancehall, reggaeton. Everything lands with intent, and the floor stays locked in.
